  4. To promote sustainable livelihoods and economic self-reliance through skills development, income-generating activities, and climate-resilient agriculture.
  5. To build community resilience by empowering local communities and strengthening their capacity to respond to and recover from shocks.
  6. To support education and child protection, ensuring safe and inclusive learning opportunities for children and youth.
  7. To implement area-based and integrated approaches that improve coordination, efficiency, and accountability of humanitarian interventions.
  8. To establish and strengthen partnerships with UN agencies, international NGOs, donors, and local stakeholders for effective program delivery.
